When I was 10, I walked into school with my very first website on a flash drive in my pocket – for the sole purpose of getting around the video game blocker on the school’s internet.

Over the past decade and a half, I realized what I love about making websites isn’t getting around game blockers – it’s making connections. Saying the right thing to the right people at the right time.

That’s blossomed into a love of all things branding. I’d love to help bring your brand to life.

A few more things about me: I play in a band called Downcoast, teach a music composition & production class at Boise State University, and serve as Director of Communications for the Boise Advertising Federation.

I got my start in North Idaho, where I studied both web and graphic design and I’ve been fully immersed in the world of design ever since.

Over the years, I’ve explored a bunch of different creative paths, always finding new ways to build, design, and make things feel intentional. I’ve been lucky to be surrounded by a lot of creative, driven people, and that’s really shaped how I work and what I care about.

For the past 5+ years, I’ve been helping businesses and entrepreneurs grow through branding, design, and strategy. I love being part of that early-stage energy and seeing how far a strong brand can take someone’s idea.

In a nutshell, I just love creating cool things!

To whom it may concern,

Entrepreneurship has long been a Bridgeman gene. My father, his father before him…it goes way back.

If one thing has passed down to me through generations of Bridgeman business leaders: it’s that as entrepreneurs, we have a responsibility to use our resources as a force for good.

There’s a recent term coined for this that I absolutely love – social enterprise. I like to think Ashley and I run one here, harnessing the power of creative work for the benefit of humankind.

In the immortal words of my favorite director Matt Johnson (BlackBerry): “every story is a retelling of some ancient myth that we all innately connect to.”

Branding, as a storytelling medium, is the same. What we do for a living is simple: we connect your story to something deep within all of us as humans. And then we take it and run with it as your fractional CMO.
