Peeking Into 2025

I think the best metric determining if your company finally “made it” is if your ENTIRE month of December is filled with year-end meetings.

That’s how it was for us, anyway. Does that mean we made it?

Throughout all those meetings, we honed in on our vision for Pink Robot Studios moving into 2025 and beyond. Check it out below.

At the end of the article, we’ll share one big takeaway – our most incredible “epiphany moment” of 2024 that any business can benefit from.

Shifting into Full-Service

We’ve been talking about this one for the last several months.

As of right now, most of our projects are one-off: we build a brand, we build a website, and we’re done.

In 2025, we’re looking to flip this on its head. TONS of our clients kept coming back and asking if we can help out with this or that, AND we kept noticing other areas we could jump in and help with (to great results).

At this point we’ve got several clients we’re unofficially working with on a recurring basis, and multiple in the waiting line.

We’ve been able to do this stuff for a long time, and we’re really good at it. So why don’t we?

Our top goal for 2024: reframe our work as a long-term relationship.

Getting Started

This starts with some package ideas we’ve been cooking up – preplanned timelines for deliverables that keep your brand building on point for an entire year.

We’re REALLY excited about these. The idea of continuing to help our clients’ brands grow through careful analysis and improvement over time is exhilarating to us.

Our idea is to offer multiple year-long packages with fully customized deliverables for each client. We’re really narrowing in on our focus on personal treatment here.

Making a First Impression

Over the past year since we launched our rebrand, we’ve experienced tremendous personal and professional growth.

It’s been a big year, and the Pink Robot Studios of January 2024 is not the same as the Pink Robot Studios of January 2025. It’s time we let people know!

Ashley came up with the brilliant idea of assessing our brand at the end of every year. Since our business has been skyrocketing faster and faster, we need to make sure our brand is keeping up.

We’ve decided 2025 necessitates a new PRS – something sleeker, something more professional, something that places more of a spotlight on the incredible work we’ve done for our outstanding cast of clients.

Ultimately narrowing in on our mission: creativity that’s good for humankind.

Getting Started

I spent this morning planning out our rebrand schedule.

We’re taking a dose of our own medicine, and going through the entire rebrand process we offer to our clients. This has a dual purpose:

  1. Making sure we’re being as thorough as possible
  2. Viewing it as an opportunity to bring that process closer to perfection

I’ve just assigned the first tasks, and we’re set to meet up to discuss initial research on Thursday. VERY excited!

Following in our Friends’ Footsteps

We’ve really been stepping up our networking game over the last few months.

After chatting with new friends across several local marketing agencies, we’ve been continually inspired by the incredible work they’re doing.

The biggest area we can catch up in is breadth of services.

A lot of this comes down to that aforementioned goal of reframing our work as more ongoing, but this also encompasses adding entirely new services to our repretoire.

Up next on our list: email marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, environmental design, and marketing campaign design.

The thing here is…we want to make sure any new services measure up to our high standard of quality with our existing work.

Getting Started

I’ve tasked Lugo with developing a comprehensive plan for offering email marketing.

We’ve got timelines, research tasks, goals, and metrics all planned out for the next two months to educate ourselves on how to be the best email marketers in the world.

I have full confidence we can make it happen – our newsletter to our clients has outstanding metrics. 75% average open rate, 10% average clickthrough rate. Both of those are about double industry standard.

Next up: offering these results to our clients.

Our Biggest Takeaway

To wrap up this article, I thought we’d share our single biggest takeaway from 2024: we’re really good at what we do, and that’s what matters most.

Sometimes it’s hard to see others who are scaling faster than you, posting more often than you, or launching higher-profile work than you.

The important thing to ask yourself is: are we doing what we’re meant to be doing right now?

The answer for us is yes, and I’ll bet it’s yes for your business too.

At the end of the day, if you’re proud of your work, you’re doing the right thing for yourself. And more than ever, I think the world could benefit from all of us doing the right thing as much as we can.

We’ve got a big year ahead of us, and so do you. Let’s make it our best year yet!
